I started his journey in fitness as a skinny 14-year old when I stepped into his high school’s weight-room for the first time. I haven’t left since. As a youth I was an active soccer and rugby player. After graduating from the University of Waterloo in 2003 I became a full-time fitness trainer and strength and conditioning coach in Toronto. I work out of the Rosedale location of Totum Life Science, but also do home visits in Leaside and the surrounding area.
I train people of all ages, shapes and fitness levels, from high level competitive athletes to new moms who have never exercised before. My 12 years of experience and numerous certifications have allowed me to develop exercise and nutritition programs that are truly customized to each individual. As a father of two small children, I know how tough it is to find time to exercise and eat well. I’m here to help!
