Personal Training in Toronto During Covid Restrictions
Currently (November of 2020), in-home personal training is allowed in Toronto. For the safety of my clients as well as myself, I adhere to the following safety protocols when training people in-home:
Wearing a mask at all times
Handwashing upon entering the premises
Wiping down with sanitizer any equipment I bring
Social distancing as much as possible
If you are interested in personal training, but do not wish for in-home sessions to take place yet, I'm available to train through Zoom! On-line training has proven to be an effective way to conduct fitness sessions, and over half my clients use this option currently.
