I work in the area between the DVP, Lawrence, Yonge Street and Bloor Street, serving the neighbourhoods of Leaside, Lawrence Park, Rosedale, Davisville and Summerhill.

I also train on-line using an app called QuickCoach. You can use the app anywhere: in your own home, a gym, or the great outdoors!
