How Much Alcohol is Too Much if You're Trying to Lose Weight?
I'm sure we all know that drinking too much alcohol is not good for us, but how much is too much if you are specifically trying to lose body-fat? Current guidelines are 10 drinks a week and 15 for men, with no more than 3 any given day. But what is a drink? In Canada, a bottle of beer at 5% is one drink, while one pint of beer at 5% alcohol is 1.4 drinks. A small glass of wine at 175ml is also 1 drink, as is a 1 oz. shot of hard liquor like scotch or vodka. These numbers are
